Do you have experience of working in the coal mining industry or striking against pit closures?

Following a screening of The Scar, we will be collecting personal stories from those who worked in coal mining or protested pit closures. Contribute your experiences and help expand our archive of mining life, which includes photos, portraits, and films from the Miners’ Strike of 1984.

The collected oral histories will deepen understanding of the collection, support education, exhibitions and publications.
