A 19th-century tourist album of albumen prints by photographers Pascal Sebah (1823-1886), Hyppolyte Arnoux and the Zangaki brothers, active in Turkey, Egypt and Greece.

The album brings together commercial photography made for the growing European tourist market in the Eastern Mediterranean. Sebah, born in Constantinople, was known for studio portraits and landscapes across the region. Arnoux, based in Port Said, documented the construction of the Suez Canal. The Zangaki brothers, of Greek origin, worked extensively in Egypt, producing popular views of archaeological sites and daily life.

These images reflect the colonial gaze of the period while offering valuable visual records of the 19th-century Middle East and North Africa. The album was acquired by Amber to support contextual and historical understanding of photographic practice.
