Our events engage the community through a diverse range of live projects, talks, workshops, and screenings centred around documentary today. These events feature collaborations with photographers, artists, curators, and activists to foster discussion and learning around current cultural, political, and artistic themes beyond our exhibition schedule.

Side is currently closed but donations to the SaveSide campaign enabled us to raise major redevelopment funding to help build a more stable future for Side. Today we are actively working on a variety of activities leading to our reopening. Every donation, no matter how small, will make a huge difference in helping us reopen and continue our mission to share stories that matter from the North East and beyond.
